  1. Does my food come fresh or frozen?

    Meals are prepared and cooked on a Tuesday and come to you fresh. If you don’t eat yours before the use by date you can freeze if you need to.

  2. How long will my meals last for?

    Our food has an average shelf life of 7 days in the fridge. We recommend eating meals with fish in them within the first 4 days. Always check the use by date before consumption.

  3. How do the meals stay fresh?

    We use the freshest produce available that is cooked and packaged for you.

    We use a heat-sealing treatment that seals the packaging keeping the food fresh and protected from oxygen, to keep naturally fresh for as long as possible.

  4. What happens if I have allergies?

    Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of certain meals. However, they may still be present, as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. We suggest checking the ingredient list for each meal thoroughly before consumption.

  5. Will I receive exactly what is shown in the images?

    Our meals are packed and portioned according to weight, which means the quantity/pieces may vary to the images.

  6. How do I order?

    Simply browse our menu, add individual meals to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready – you can purchase with a credit card or PayPal!

  7. Is there a minimum order?

    Nope! Order as many or as little meals as you like.

  8. When do I have to order by and when is pickup?

    Order cut off time is Tuesday night at 9pm. If your order is placed after this time it will be fulfilled for the following week.

  9. Pick up time is between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday nights.

  10. What do I need to collect my meals?

    Please bring a cooler bag or an esky to collect your meals in.

  11. What happens if I miss the cut off time?

    Your order will be processed for the following week. We do not cook outside of the times stated.

  12. How do I pay?

    At the online checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details – we accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex debit/credit cards, as well as PayPal.

  13. What happens if my payment is declined?

    You’ll receive a notification on the checkout page that your payment has declined.

  14. Is the packaging recyclable?

    Yes, the containers are recyclable.

  15. Can I heat my food in the containers?

    Yes, the containers are both suitable for the microwave and the oven.

  16. What if I can’t make the pickup times?

    If absolutely necessary and you can’t find someone to collect your food for you, it may be possible to organise another time. This will be regarded as a once off event and not to be expected to happen all of the time.
